“Bought what I believe to be the previous model of this 5 years ago and I have been very happy with the product until it rusted at the junction. Bought this in the hope to replace the old pole on it. This model is telescopic which meant it could adjust to fit the height of the old one and the fitting to the tap part was exactly the same, which meant that I didn't need to worry about changing the controls part, which still works perfectly. The only minor let down is that in order for the pole to be height adjustable/telescopic, the two tubes are visible of different diameter which slightly lets me down aesthetically, but in this case, I was happy that it fitted. Overall very happy.”

“On the website this product looked really nice, however I am not so pleased with it having had it delivered. It lists the colour as "Chrome" but doesn't specify the material and when I got it out of the box, found it felt very light compared to other metal, chrome showers I have bought in the past, and the controls were a little flimsy. It didn't feel like it was very good quality. I have since decided to return it and gone for a shower from a store where I could see and feel the product before buying, and I am much happier with the alternative.”
