“Simple, stylish upgrade to previous shower riser that only had a handheld sprayer. Easy to fit as the attachment brackets went exactly where the previous ones had been so no drilling required. Just replaced the rawl plugs for a tight fit.
There is one small flaw though. Where the unit brackets slide into the wall bracket holders, there are two Allen key grub screws that hold everything in place. Trouble is the supplied Allen key is two sizes too small. Thankfully I had a set in the toolbox but something to be wary of.
The two hoses are of perfectly adequate length and the diverter feels solid enough. I would recommend using ptfe tape or similar for a good watertight seal.
I trawled through a number of shower riser kits before choosing this one and believe I made the right choice. Good quality for the price and has gone down well with the rest of the family,..unlike the water bill, as everyone spends far more time under the shower now!”

Only downside was that delivery date was arranged by staff member and myself. I stayed home but no delivery, so I contacted the store. Staff member contacted the warehouse, to be told that items would not be delivered today. Not the staff in store's fault but a failure on the warehouse to contact and advise me.”

Easy to install and great adjustment between fixing holes. (Could do with being able to adjust for level alignment- but not an issue with perfect drill holes).
Raw plugs and screws supplied do not seem big enough and as the installation instructions suggest a size 8 drill but supplies size 6 raw plugs with 30mm screws.
Spray pattern on both overhead and handset very good with rub clean feature.
Hoses are sufficiently long enough and the diverter valve easy to use.
Stylish and affordable.
Can not comment about reliability as it's my first install and not been more than a week yet.”
