“The showerhead works well, but next to no power to the hand held, I would go as far as to say a mere dribble. We have sent videos as requested showing obvious power/pressure to shower and what the hand held does or in our case doesn't do. Clearly a problem with the diverter to the hand held. Company requesting yet another video now for water pressure! Never had an issue with water pressure in the 20 yrs we've lived here! So overall I would decide if your happy for your diverter shower not to divert. The shower itself does a sufficient job tho hence the 3 stars given that only half of the product works well.”

The delivery date was met and everything was well boxed. The unit itself is great, looks and feels well manufactured, there's a little bit of pressure loss but it's negligible as the water pressure is good here anyway. Really pleased with the quality and price. Also being able to use the previous holes was a massive bonus”
