“Although l am sure the brackets are acceptable in normal circumstances unfortunately for me they were useless. l purchased them when l ordered my shower as it was suggested via a weblink that I would need the brackets to fit the shower, it turned out that the brackets were not compatible with the particular shower I purchased which rendered both the brackets and shower useless to me as you did not supply the correct brackets for the shower. When l phoned the support team l was told that you would refund me the cost of the brackets (¬£7.99) so far not yet done!”
