“I ordered several items from Bathroom Mountain, Close coupled back to wall toilet, Vanity Unit with Basin,Mixer Basin Taps and Mixer Bath Taps and all the bits that went with it. I placed the order on a Thursday afternoon and all the items arrived next day on the Friday morning at 9am! Quite incredible service, couldn't believer it.
On checking the order I realised that I ordered the wrong bath taps, I ordered the Trent Chrome Bath Filler instead of the Trent Chrome Bath Filler and Handheld Shower. No problem, I contacted Bathroom Mountain on the Saturday, explained the situation, I purchased the correct item as I did not want to wait for a refund, which arrived on the following Tuesday. Bathroom Mountain explained their returns policy for the wrong item for a refund, and posted it off with a form, which Blue Mountain provided, expecting my refund any day.
What service, nothing was too much trouble for Blue Mountain, prices comparable with usual well known compainies and the best part, I had 20% off everything, you can't go wrong.
