Even more of a pleasant surprise was the speed of delivery, the tap arrived at lunchtime the day (evening) of delivery.

“The tap is fine. Exactly what we saw on display. Lady in store polite and helpful in the extreme. Delivery from some central place was promised for the next day. Within 4 hours we got an email to say it was delayed 24 hours. No problem, not needed urgently. We were out at delivery time but received re-assuring e-mail it was in our nominated safe place, the greenhouse. In reality it was left outside our front door, in full sight of a very busy footpath.”
