“Very Good! Really pleased with the quality of the Swaddling products. I’ve purchased a deck mounted basin tap set and the shower valve so far but about to order the rest. The quality of the craftsmanship is unrivalled. I’m yet to see a better manufacturer of brassware. There are four core ranges - all differentiated by the metalwork and giving the customer just the right amount of choice. There are a range of finishes from chrome to nickel, bronze and brass so again this should gives a lot of choice and makes it easy to incorporate the products into a design. The taps also have a range of finishes including traditional ceramic or mother of pearl (which looks nice with the brass). Similarly the components are all sold individually and so again it gives an opportunity to mix items across the ranges where design permits. The team have been amazingly helpful and it’s always easy to get product advice. Great communication from the online systems about the progress of orders and just the right amount of packaging although one of the outer boxes that arrived was quite large. My only suggestions would be that it would be great to hold the living brass range on the landing pages - although when I spoke with a member of the team there was an option to order it. It would also be great if the Matki shower enclosures could be purchased from the same site - I’m trying to locate a Matki Classica hinged/framed shower door with an inline panel to complete the design and I can only see it on the Matki site but need a stockist to order it through. Oh and the illustrious basin tap deck with a lower spout as well as the curved spout would help. (this is an option for the invincible range). Other than that, just such a relief to find a stockist of such beautiful brassware for bathrooms. And I really appreciate that this is what they focus on. The brochure is beautiful with really high quality photography and videography on the website all of which really enhances the design experience. I’ll add photos later when the building works are complete but it’s a work in progress at the moment. Thank you!”
