“Arrived promptly, well packaged. Fitted it myself under the bass foot of the bridge without too much hassle. Needed to find a video on YouTube to make sure though - the printed instructions aren't entirely explicit. Repositioned it slightly as there was buzzing on some notes, but it's fine now. Response to both pizz and arco is extraordinary, no feedback so far. Faithfully reproduces the subtleties of various different pizz and arco techniques. I'm going to have a lot of fun exploring it's potential!”

“I had to replace my daughter's dbl bass pickup in a hurry, was advised to get a Realist by colleagues so hunted via inter web. The price at Bass Bags was around £50 cheaper than most, and phoning confirmed they could get it to me in time. I was also given a fair bit of useful and actually reassuring advice about fitting - he knew what he was talking about! He also did his best to catch the last post, running it to the post office as soon as my payment went through. I fitted the pickup yesterday and it sounds fabulous, even without a preamp, though IMHO slightly cleaner with one. Great product, price and service!”
