“I had an Evah Pirazzi B5 string on my bass. But it was both overly resonant from the point of view of singing whenever I played B, Bb or C on another string, but also difficult to make sing by itself. Spirocores on E and B5 have improved response on these strings, while simultaneously singing less on their own. The rest of the strings are Bel Canto. All sound great together.”
