This product was not delivered and baskets galore were unresponsive when pressed for a refund under a non delivery issue. They refused to refund my order and most recently will not return my phone calls. Avoid using at all costs.

Hi Sarah, We were very disappointed to read your comments, as they simply aren't true. We have kept in full communication with you, many times, via email, and done our very best to help. To say you have called 6 times this week, and we have refused to return your phone call is misinformation. We are an internet company, and all communication to date has been via email. You chose not to respond to our most recent email, in which we offered to a complimentary Gift Basket. To state that we have refused to provide a refund or to return your phone call is entirely false. As you are aware your gift was delivered on an overnight delivery service to the hospital on the date you specified. Unfortunately the recipient was discharged the same day, and we have done our best to communicate with the hospital to get the gift passed to Matt. The hospital informed us that they called the telephone number on the package, which they believed to be Matt's and were told to dispose of it. The number on the package was your own. You told us you did not give this instruction, and as a goodwill gesture we offered to send a new fresh version of the Gift Basket you purchased to Matt at his home address. You did not reply to this email. I have checked our phone records, and it simply isn't true that you called 6 times this week. In such cases our staff are trained to advise customers that our primary mode of communication is via email, and you would have been advised of this at the time. Our offer still remains to send a complimentary Gift Basket to Matt, and our customer services team are still communicating with you via email. Kind regards, Lauren
