“The basket was a lot smaller than in the picture. There were empty spaces inside the basket. The basket was a picnic basket which wasn't so bad but it looked cheap. The Prosecco bottle was small, it looks much bigger in the picture. Some decorative items were missing. The chocolates were not like in the picture, but a tablet of chocolate instead. That wouldn't work with the tray, which was also missing. I am very disappointed, what was received is certainly not worth the 170 euros that I paid for.”
We are incredibly sorry to learn of your disappointment Jonathan, as this basket is normally very well received. We understand that the physical reality of an item can be different to its appearance onscreen, which is why we try to include extra images of the basket gift wrapped and finished.
We are sorry if the reality did not live up to your expectations in size. Our baskets have been custom made for us for 15 years, and are most certainly not cheap. Regardig the other points made; the Prosecco is a full sized bottle. There are 2 full sized boxes of Lindt chocolates included. I'm not sure what you mean by tray, but this is not listed in the contents. The cost of the item for your order was £115.
