Each corner, with its unique characteristics and orientation, brings a special essence to their txakoli. This wine combines 85% of the captivating Hondarrabi Zuri, an indigenous variety that brings freshness and vivacity, and 10% Riesling, which adds complexity and elegance. To complete this symphony of flavours, they add 5% blend of Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Munemahatsa, adding unique nuances, soft aromas and exquisite texture.
