Monopole Clasico Reserva 2020 is a white wine produced by CVNE. The wine has a long history, with the name registered in 1915, making it the oldest registered white wine name in Spain. It is made from viura grapes and is a single vineyard wine, a term originating from Napoleonic times. The wine is produced in the same way as it was in the 1960s, with the grapes harvested from the Villalba de Rioja vineyard. The wine is a remake after 40 years, prepared by CVNE's historical winemaker Ezequiel García, also known as El Brujo. He worked his magic with the re-edition of this 1960s Monopole, calling it Monopole Clásico.
