Enate Chardonnay Barrel Aged 2023 is a flagship wine from the winery, boasting a balance between fruit and oak. “The third time we have ordered the Enate Barrel-aged Chardonnay from Basco, and it's always reliable. One of our favourite Chardonnays, from a less well known area area of Spain. Basco is always very efficient and we will return for more!”

“We first came across this wine golfing in Spain last month. Recommended by the restaurateur, we both thought it reminiscent of a Meursault. Returning to England, we separately immediately looked where we could buy it in the UK. It is a stunning wine for the money.”

“Our favourite Spanish Chardonnay, difficult and usually expensive to buy in the U.K. A really lovely wine. The current special offer price is little more than you would pay in Somontano, and arrived very well wrapped, as promised in a couple days by tracked carrier. Well done in these difficult times....we will be back for more!”
