Jose Pariente Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow wine with greenish hues. It has an exceptional combination of vegetable notes and exotic fruits, hints of freshly cut grass and a minerality. The wine is fresh, clean and elegant, typical of Sauvignon Blanc. It is a very intense wine, structured, persistent and rounded. It pairs well with shellfish, fresh cheese and serrano ham.
