4.6 Rating 14 Reviews
Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Enate Chardonnay 234 is a 100% Chardonnay wine with an intense bouquet of apple, peach, fennel and exotic fruits such as guava and passion fruit. It has a discrete mineral background. On the palate, Enate Chardonnay is complex with rich, mouth-filling fruit and a long crisp clean finish. This wine has won several awards, including a gold medal at the Chardonnay du Monde Competition and silver medals at the IWC and Decanter. It pairs well with pastas, shellfish and soft cheeses.

Since visiting the Enate vineyard and art centre I have been a great fan of their wines. Sadly not widely available in the UK so was delighted to see it at Basco

First came across this wine at a lovely small hotel in Mallorca. On returning to UK managed to find Basco could supply it. Lovely strong and somewhat sweet wine which my wife and I drink as an aperitif or with food. I have now lost my darling wife but I love to drink on my own now and it reminds me of our lovely times together in fabulous Hotel Son Net near Porto Christo.

I really like this Chardonnay and several guests have also been big fans. A great value alternative to white Burgundy
