Allioli is the classic garlic infused mayonnaise, perfect with seafood, steak or even as a dip for chips. This allioli is made by the family run company Famillia Suarez and uses their speciality: purple garlic. This makes a great store cupboard stable to have on hand to pep-up any dish and take it to the next level.
