Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Short-grain rice, also known as paella rice, is the most common type in Spain. Selected from varieties such as bahia and senia, this short and rounded rice is ideal for cooking perfect paella and rice dishes. Its ability to absorb more flavors makes it the 'king rice' for such dishes. Carefully prepared by Hijos de Vicente Catala Peiro, a Valencian family business and one of the oldest in its sector since the late 19th century.

My other half already wrote a review for all the products we received. Once again thank you Basco Fine Foods the produce is amazing. Traditional Spanish ingredients and cooking equipment. The 1kg rice from Valencia is just the right amount. I will buy us a bigger bag when we have family and friends over.

Paella is a hard dish to cook, but this paella is the real paella from Spain! So you know you've got the good stuff to work with here. Large bag, so it will last me for ages!
