Our delicious white asparagus from La Fragua are hand trimmed and graded before being cooked and bottled or tinned. The soft white spears are a familiar sight in Spanish tapas bars, their mild flavor often complemented by mayonnaise. Serve in salads or with grilled fish, they are also great on their own with a drizzle of good quality olive oil, thin slices of Iberico ham, chopped hazelnuts, and rocket leaves.
