Gazpacho is a Spanish cold soup made from raw vegetables, usually with a tomato base, originating in the southern Spanish region of Andalucia. It's widely eaten in Spain, particularly during the hot summers, as it's refreshing and cool. We're fans of gazpacho here at Basco, so when we set out to find the best ready-made gazpacho, it was a welcome challenge.
