Our San Andrés Truffled Fig Bonbons, also known as Rabitos Royale, are a unique and delicious artisan confection from Spain. These Rabitos are made with tender young figs of the Pajarero variety, filled with a rich ganache cream made from dark chocolate and a hint of brandy. The figs are then hand-dipped in more dark chocolate for a smooth chocolatey coating. These unusual treats make a wonderful gift for friends and family or a nice personal indulgence.
