Mascaro Brandy V.O. is crafted from grapes grown in the Mascaro family's vineyards in the Penedes region of Spain. The grapes are pressed and vinified in the family's cellars, followed by a double distillation process. Each holland (distilled wine) is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Limousin oak barrels, with the blending process done by hand to create a unique and personal brandy. The product contains 70cl and has an ABV of 40%. The aging process is controlled by the Mascaro winemaker to ensure a high-quality product.
