Lollipop is a premium cherry gin made in the Bierzo region of Leon. The subtle fruit and sweet touches we get from the cherry have successfully been combined with 8 exotic botanicals to create a new and unique cherry flavoured gin of incomparable flavour. The maceration of the botanicals takes place in a mixture of premium grain alcohol distilled five times and water for thirty days. After the maceration process, the heads and tails are separated and distilled in copper stills, some of the oldest in Europe before being slowly filtered and bottled by hand.
