Siderit Gingerlime is a Citric Gin elaborated with lime, ginger and cardamom, handcrafted at Siderit's micro distillery located in the beautiful lands of Cantabria in Northern Spain. Lime and Ginger are original from Asia and represent the Yin and Yang philosophy, the opposite and complementary forces of nature that combined reach the perfect balance. Gin Siderit Gingerlime is a Dry Gin, produced from rye alcohol. The main feature of this gin is the citric character due to a double maceration, followed by a triple distillation in a glass 'still' of own design with fractional distillation columns. Every distillation in this equipment is equivalent to five distillations of a traditional alembic. The first maceration is elaborated by twelve perfectly selected botanicals, followed by two distillations to obtain the mother gin. The second maceration is done with ginger, lime and cardamom, followed by a third distillation in a production process that lasts approximately three and a half months. 70cl / 43% ABV
