Gin Palma is infused with wildflowers and fresh citrus fruit from Mallorca's rural orchards, creating a fresh, dry gin with a citrus-infused flavor and a delicate, smooth finish. The unique core flavor comes from the Mallorcan juniper berries, which capture the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. Almond flowers, foraged annually before spring, are combined with orange leaves and lavender to create a delicate floral scent and sweetness. These core ingredients enhance the depth of flavors from the other botanicals used. Initially a limited release, the popularity of this Oak Aged Spiced Gin from Palma's Mallorca Distillery led to its continued production.
