I love gin, but I have my favourites, and this in one of them, if not my favourite of all. I first tasted it sitting in a picturesque bar in the Picos de Europa, near Santander, where the gin comes from, and fell in love with it. It's full of flavour, juniper led, but complex as you drink, and smooth too. A fantastic drink and hard to find, so thanks Basco.

Siderit Dry Gin is a well-kept secret from Spain. I discovered it sitting in a bar in the Picos de Europa west of Santander, and not too far from the distillery, but it is very hard to find outside that area. I was delighted to find out that Basco Fine Foods stocks it so I can enjoy it at home. I recommend you try it, you will be amazed!

I love this gin! Discovered it on holiday in Santander last year which is funny as its made just on the outskirts in a little town called Torrelavega. This is a really well made gin, serve it with ice, cinnamon stick & orange peel & a good quality tonic & you will be adding Siderit to your gin collection.Yum yum! Siderit isn't very well known in the UK yet so it's almost like your own secret gin & I love recommending it to fellow gin lovers & they have all loved it too!
