The Mascaro family are a cava and wine producer located in the area of Penedes in Catalunya. Mascaro are also distillers of fine Spanish Brandies, Marc, Gin and Liqueurs. Gin 9 is a London Dry Gin based on a family recipe dating back to 1940s. Gin 9 has a double distillation process in copper stills. The star ingredient being wild juniper from the Penedes area of Sierra Llacuna which provides Gin 9 with its distinctive flavour, aroma and elegant style.
