Full of flavour and without any weird flavourings added. Perfect for cooking a number of Spanish (and Mexican) recipies or just to munch ;)

Just how pork scratching should be, tasty, light and they don’t break your teeth! No nasty burnt pieces in the bag, every last piece was eaten. A real find and delicious

My apologies for the largely negative review. - on the plus side, I really liked the ribs. Too bad you didn’t ask me to review those. Having just come back from Spain and a 999kg of Spanish pork per day diet. These were somewhat underwhelming... Sure you do get a massive bag, it’s not small. However they lack any flavour. It’s completely and utterly blank. It’s so blank that supermarket scratching actually has more flavour and taste. It’s also extremely dry, it’s almost like an “air puffed prawn cracker” one wonders if it is artificially created from flour. It’s actually not dissimilar to Japanese prawn crisps, just with far less flavour. However on the possible, it is a massive pack. Please do not make the mistake of buying these assuming it’s the same stuff you were served in a wine bar at Marbella.
