Jose Pariente Apasionado 2023 is a sweet wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The result of Bodegas Jose Pariente's concern for a new and original sweet wine, Apasionado is a special and lively version of the grape Sauvignon Blanc. It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and an aromatic expression that is not usual in sweet wines, with a combination of vegetable notes and tropical fruits, hints of fresh cut grass, and a hint of minerality. In the mouth, it has a pleasant and very fine velvety sensation, keeping the essence of the typical Sauvignon Blanc grape: fresh and clean elegance. An intense wine, well structured, with a long, round finish. It is perfect for all types of hot and cold desserts, with foie gras or in cocktails.
