Established over 5,000 platforms, this magnificent outdoor cultural landscape has been producing salt through solar evaporation for centuries. The unique network of wooden channels distributes water to every corner of the Salt Valley. Añana Salt's traditional and organic production is recognized by top international chefs such as Martin Berasategui, Joan Roca, Pedro Subijana, Andoni L. Aduriz, Eneko Atxa, Daniel Garcia, Diego Guerrero, and Patxi Eceiza, as well as the Marques de Riscal bodega, who together hold 22 Michelin Stars. These esteemed chefs attest to the quality of Añana Salt and use it in their restaurants. Each pack contains 125g of salt. Store in a dry and cool place.

Lovely salt, has a lovely mineral edge and a slight citrus taste was delicious uses to season seafood - has the edge on usual salt would buy again!
