Made from the Hondarrabi Beltza grapes, this gorgeous salmon-coloured rose is light and bright with summer fruit flavours of strawberries and cream. There is a lingering finish of spiced apples and a crunchy citrus edge.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect pairing to light salads, gazpacho, tomato based dishes and seafood, especially grilled carabinero prawns!

“I have always only known txakoli as a white wine so was intrigued to try a rosado version. It is lovely, light, fresh wine with a touch of sparkle to it. Perfect for a warm day. It is robust enough to be drunk with sooty food, such as txistorra, but is also an excellent refreshing drink on its own.”

“Refreshing and rare Rose Txakoli which is tricky to find in the UK. Good balance of acidity and the usual effervescence. The wine arrived on time and as expected; Basco Fine Foods service was excellent.”
