GRAPE VARIETY 100% Cabernet Sauvignon TASTING NOTES The Cabernet Sauvignon variety is cultivated with meticulous care in Enate’s vineyards until reaching optimum ripeness in order to express its full potential. Intensely fruity on the nose revealing aromas of blueberry, raspberry, and pepper. The first sensation on the palate is one of mouth-filling meatiness, yet thanks to its beautifully balanced acidity it develops into a lively and easy-drinking wine. Its evolution on the palate is magnificent and is rounded off with a long and flavoursome finish with lingering varietal aromas. A wine with the soul of white wine and the body of a red. FOOD PAIRING Enate rosé pairs well with pasta, rice dishes, grilled white meats and soufflés.

Nice and dry rose this, I’ve avoided rose wines for years now because do the overly sugary supermarket fare but this one was particularly satisfying and had a good layer of taste.

My favourite Rose. Reminds me of all my awesome holidays to Ibiza. Darker and much fruitier than the Rose’s from Provence but very refreshing nonetheless. Goes very well with seafood. Enjoy!

Having previously purchased a case of the 2015 Ibizkus Rose which was superb, I found that unfortunately, the 2018 Ibizkus Rose was not quite as good, although still palatable
