This Txakoli Zudugarai Rosado is a young, naturally sparkling wine made from 100% Hondarrabi Beltza grapes. For its production, three pressings from two vineyards aged between 20 and 25 years were used. The wine is macerated in the press, allowing the must to steep for two hours before being filtered and bottled. With a low alcohol content and high acidity, this wine displays potent and wild fruit aromas. Its clean, bright, and expressive character is complemented by a medium pink color with pale tints. The flavor profile is characterized by silky strawberry notes, a tasty, fresh journey, and a nicely balanced acidity typical of the Hondarrabi Beltza variety. This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including cheese, rice, poultry, white meats, and fish. It contains sulphites and has an ABV of 11% in a 750ml bottle.
