Iberico Coppa, a delicious and versatile food item, is derived from the collar or top of the loin of the Iberico pig. This muscle, located between the neck and the ribs, is the third largest muscle in Iberico pork. Iberico pork is renowned for its high marbling and rich, complex flavor, which comes from the free-range pigs' diet of acorns and holm oak trees, and their natural exercise. Our Iberico coppa does not include the Presa iberica. This versatile cut can be used for sausage making, curing, smoking, or cooked like a traditional roast pork shoulder. “Hi! I have recently ordered 6 pieces of CABECERO IBERICO 1KG from your shop. We have been happy about the quality of the meat that, despite the recent increase in the price from £11 to £14, we still order from your shop. However in the recent order, the weight variation of the product has become totally unreasonable. Most pieces are only around 0.9 kg or even less. One is even 0.77 kg which is more than 20% less. We do understand about weight variation in meat purchase, but such one sided and big variations are utterly unreasonable. Please kindly look into this matter and advise what can be done. If necessary we can return the products to you. Thank you.”

“If you have not tried this Pork before ... I am tempted to say don't. As it's my best kept secret. :)). and I don't want them to run out!!! Without doubt. the best pork I have ever eaten in my life. I Always have it in the freezer. I normally cook them all over fire but am now experimenting more Just superb!”

“Again as taste and quality couldn’t write anything bad. The issue is exactly the same as for the cheeks…. Again bought two and weights were 0.851 and 1.006kg. Same issue for price. Otherwise everything great: taste, quality, delivery just great”

“We've bought this before and it is always very tasty. We were disappointed that we only got .8kg, not the full 1Kg. I know weights vary, but we usually get a bit more than is listed, not less, and this is quite a bit less.”
