Santa Rosalia Wagyu Brisket, 1.6Kg, Dry Aged, Forequarter Cut, Rich Flavor, Marbling Reviews

4.7 Rating 6 Reviews
Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

A great value joint taken from the breast of the Wagyu, and well suited to long, slow cooking or marinating and barbecuing for tender wagyu beef. This joint is sourced exclusively from Finca Santa Rosalia’s Wagyu herd to ensure only the best flavour possible and only dispatched after being matured in their dedicated dry aging room and judged ready by the Master Butcher. Wagyu brisket is a popular cut of meat, taken directly from the forequarter, so you get a beautiful texture and a rich and bountiful flavour. It is highly abundant in marbling that allows it to melt into the meat as it starts cooking and throughout the process.

Without a doubt the best beef you will ever eat. I've ordered two more.

Amazing quality, but short on weight by a few hundred grams, which is a real shame.

As a huge BBQ fan, I've had many brisket but none like this. Unbelievable marbling that not only looked different to other briskets, but tasted completely different. Rotisserie cooked for 6hrs on a kamado

Food is fine, delivery is v slow. Customer Services don’t respond so I’d suggest you buy here only if you’re not in a hurry or may need any kind of questions answered.

Cook for as long as you can and it is so tender and sweet that no other stewing meat will do
