Our whole duck foie gras is fresh fat duck liver that has been fattened. Sourced from Spanish foie gras specialist Malavasia, duck foie gras is an exquisite delicacy, which is the result of an ancient tradition that is obtained by artisan methods. The weight of each piece is variable between 500 and 600 grams. This weight is ideal for achieving good grilling performance (low fat melting) and appreciating the intense flavour of high-quality foie gras.
