Really delicious just like secreto ibérico should be. Took me back to being in Spain. It also arrived in perfect state, well packed and still frozen.

We were very excited to receive these pork cheeks and I must say they were definitely up to standard. We slow cooked them with Rosemary, stock and white wine and finished off the sauce with some cream. They were delicious My mouth is still watering. The service and quality from Vasco was 10/10.

Mouth watering - secreto is such an amazing tender and flavoursome piece of meat. Seared it quickly on the BBQ then rested in a butter, garlic and lemon juice so it slurped you as it rested. This is going on the order often list
