Vallegarcia Hipperia is a Spanish Bordeaux blend from the Montes de Toledo region. It is a blend of 47% Cabernet Franc, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. On the nose, Hipperia shows strong spices with a touch of fruity aromas. On the palate, it is a complex and elegant red wine, with a velvety and long persistent finish. It pairs well with roasts, grilled meats, game, stews, and cured cheeses.
