Vallegarcia Syrah 2022 is a big, bold, red wine in the tradition of a French Rhone. It has an intense cherry red colour. On the nose, red fruits dominate with a spicy licorice and toffee background. In the mouth, there are further fruit notes with the characteristic wild bramble and pepper note of the Syrah grape combined with smooth tannins and complex structure. This wine has fantastic length and all the finesse you would expect from one of Spain's great wineries. It pairs well with rice dishes, roast meats, stews, and dark chocolate.
