The winery is located by the ocean in an area of sunny winters and cool summers. Garcia De La Jara has intense depth, strong colour and a purple edge. Soft texture, full-bodied, with aromatic notes and a strong lasting finish. Fresh and fruity with hints of balsam and boxwood. The vineyard's proximity to the sea gives it a unique salty touch that aids digestion and invites you enjoy a second glass. Ageing - 3 months in French oak followed by 12 months in bottle. FOOD PAIRING Perfect with red meats, especially Presa Iberica, cured meats and cured cheeses. 12.5% ABV / 750ml / Contains Sulphites
