GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Tempranillo TASTING NOTES A youthful wine bursting with berry fruit. 6 months barrel ageing makes this wine very approachable, clean and bright but good complexity of liquorice, coffee and vanilla is apparent on the palette. Soft tannins add structure with cherry fruits and a complex, long finish. FOOD PAIRING Ideal with soft cheeses, salads and barbecued chorizo sausage. 14% ABV / 750ml / Contain Sulphites

“The anchovies were good but saltier than I expected. I tried anchovies in the Basque region in recent months and have been on a quest to find something similar in the UK ever since. Aim is to find the least salty filleted anchovies that are also moist and not dry.”
