Llorens are a family business dedicated to producing quality table olives and pickles. With over 100 years of tradition, their quality standards and traditional production allow them to satisfy and delight palates. The name Gordal ('the fat one') is due to its rounded shape and weight. Its production area is mainly in the province of Seville, Andalusia, also known as 'Gordal Sevillana'. This olive is used exclusively for processing as an eating olive, and not for oil extraction. Our pitted Gordal Olives have a fine and delicate flavor, similar to the Manzanilla olive, and a firm, crunchy, meaty texture. They have a good bitter-salt balance, without any marked bitterness.

Nice big olives but not as good as the last gordal olives I purchased from you. The previous olives were better flavoured and consistently plump.
