Albizabal Guindilla Peppers Large are small green peppers from the Basque Country. They are thin, slightly long with a greenish-yellow colour and soft skin. They are pickled in white wine vinegar of low acidity and a small amount of salt. Albizabal guindilla peppers are unprocessed and retain their original shape. These spicy green chillies can be enjoyed as they are, often accompanied by Basque anchovies and tuna as an appetizer or snack.
