Albizabal Guindilla Peppers Large are small green peppers from the Basque Country. They are thin, slightly long with a greenish-yellow colour and soft skin. They are pickled in white wine vinegar of low acidity and a small amount of salt. Albizabal guindilla peppers are unprocessed and retain their original shape. These spicy green chillies can be enjoyed as they are, often accompanied by Basque anchovies and tuna as an appetizer or snack.

These are terrific ,made Gilda Pinxton with them ,transported me straight back to Spain where I first tried them ,thank you basco.

This is a massive glass of guindillas yet we will easily get through them. Very tasty not just vinegar. They go onto almost anything from fresh bread with jamón ibérico to Spanish bean dishes etc.

We are delighted that we've found the perfect guindilla peppers for our delicious wood fired pizza. They are incredibly tasty and you can taste the superb quality.

After enjoying peppers on a trip to Spain my husband was keen to carry on eating them at home. Couldn't find anything similar locally so tried these, a big investment if not right, but they are perfect, just what we were looking for, takes you right back to Spain.

Beautiful peppers, transported me straight back to the bars of the Basque region, make for the perfect Pintxo in minutes. We’re on our 2nd (large jar) and will be reordering before we finish this one
