“I bought this for all my family because I had enjoyed an air dried ham from a well known super market. Your Serrano ham was even more delicious but the addition of a means to attach it to the board would be more useful than the knife which is included!”

“Very disappointing experience. I bought a ham as a surprise present for my son. He has not received it. Basco doesn’t want to hear complaints, the couriers claim to have delivered it to the wrong address, but no neighbour has seen it. Result: I have paid a lot of money for nothing and my son doesn’t have a ham. I won’t buy from this company again.”

Hi Pat, sorry for your experience. We have many hundreds of parcels to process so we rely on customers alerting us to any problems that happen with delivery. However, I have spoken to your son and sent him out another ham within a few hours of being advised of the problem, which he received this morning. We are always available to expedite issues that arise as best we can, however, by far the easiest way to contact us is by telephone or email rather than on here.
