Pancetta is the belly of the pig originating from the North of Italy. It is salt cured and smoked to add another dimension to dishes. Our Italian smoked pancetta comes in a perfectly shaped square block piece, ready to cut into lardons, cubes or slice thinly to wrap any food or simply grill for breakfast. Our pancetta if very firm and dry cured, lightly smoked with more flavour and lot leaner than most. A great addition to any or ideal for cooking and adding a hint of salt to a pasta dish. This is a raw product and does require cooking before serving.
