All of it thanks to our old copper stills (made in 1831) and the ideal distillation method discovered by the master distiller, who found the perfect balance in the proportions of alcohol and essences.
Sikkim Bilberry is a distilled gin with juniper, red tea, flower essences, blackberries, blueberries, coriander, iris, calamus and bitter orange skin. It provides a sweet fruity taste on the palate with the aroma of flowers.
