“I order it as a gift for a friend, it looked the perfect gift. Unfortunately it never turned up. DPD claimed they tried to deliver it, but my friend was home. No calling card was left and no neighbour contacted either. I received a message saying gift no longer suitable to be delivered as it was deemed perishable . When I contacted you, your response was sorry no refund applicable , nor did you offer to resend AND no proof of attempted delivery was offered. Shoddy customer service. I am really disappointed as your web site looked as if you had good gifts to offer. I've been put off by this poor customer service.”

“What a fantastic set - the biggest bag of churros are so easy to cook without the mess of preparing it all from scratch. The Spanish hot chocolate was the highlight for my children and the fizz was the highlight for me! I will most definitely be placing another order for this - would make a wonderful gift for a foodie friend or family member.”
