Discover the taste of a traditional cider house with our Txuleton Steak Hamper. This hamper includes a whole rib of Galician beef, perfect for impressing guests. Bring the steak to room temperature for at least 6 hours before cooking. Salt both sides with Basque AƱana salt flakes 30 minutes before cooking. Cook the steak on a charcoal barbecue for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, then allow it to rest for 2 minutes in a warm place. Serve the steak by removing the bone and slicing it thinly across. Season with salt flakes and serve in a warm setting. Our hamper also includes a tin of wood roasted piquillo peppers from Navarra, ready to confit in olive oil and garlic, and a bottle of Kupela Basque cider with a cider pourer.
