The beer box includes La Socarrada, a Spanish craft beer made through a high fermentation process. La Socarrada is a winter honey ale, made with barley malt, rosemary, and rosemary honey, hops, and yeast. It is paired with La Gloria Riojana Chorizo Picanta Sarta, a 230g spicy chorizo made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The chorizo is all natural with no artificial preservatives and is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante).
