Our sherry and tapas is ideal for four people to share and includes a variety of classic Spanish foods specifically chosen to complement one another using our expert knowledge of Spanish ingredients. The Sherry and Tapas Kit includes: One bottle of Aurora Amontillado (50cl) bottled from the third criadera of The Conde Aldama solera in Bodegas Los Angeles (Barrio Alto) in Sanlucar de Barrameda. The average age in criadera of this sherry is 15 to 20 years. Salnort Boquerones in vinegar small - Freshly caught from the Cantabrico Sea and filleted by hand, these anchovies are marinated in extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. The vinegar immediately pickles them, sealing in their fresh taste. Olive oil is added to introduce a smooth, silky flavour. They are not salty and have a much milder taste than traditional anchovies. Arturo Sanchez Jamon Iberico de Cebo 50g - Iberico ham has a deep, rich nutty flavour and comes from the legendary Iberian breed of black pigs known as pata negra pigs. The animals have at least a hectare of wooded pastures called dehesas and are fed on a diet of grass and the best acorns from holm and cork oak trees. This provides the hams distinctive aroma and exquisite taste. La Gloria Riojana Chorizo Picanta Sarta 230g spicy chorizo is made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante). It is all natural with no artificial preservatives.The flavour of this distinctive smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country.Chorizo sarta is a fully dry-cured chorizo, ready to eat with your favorite cheese and wine, or just a chunk of crusty bread. No need for refrigeration Our semi cured Manchego Vega Mancha has a very smooth flavour. Packaged in a 150g wedge, this manchego piece is big enough to share and enjoy with tapas or as part of a cheeseboard. This quality cheese has "Queso Manchego D.O." seal of authenticity, attesting to its high quality. Because this young cheese has been cured for up to 90 days, it is fresh, with a gentle sweet aroma. It has a dense paste with lots of small eyes (ojos). The texture is dry-ish but pliable. The flavours are buttery with hints of green almonds and a mild finish.
